the termites of xanadu-du all have names

After years of extensive research and observation it has been discovered that all termites in Xanadu-du have their own individual names. Hi-tech listening devices (a little like ear-trumpets but more sophisticated) have picked up communications (conversations between particular individuals).

It is early days for translation but it seems the names range from 'the one who eats all the honey' to 'big tits' (unclear whether the latter is male or female)

 

At 9:21 on 03  June  2007, Adisa of Unad baffled us by saying:

Mog.... The hi-tech ear-trumpet took years to develop.

 

At 14:37 on 03  June  2007, Kofi of Dan slapped our cheeks with a wet herring us by saying:

Oh yeah, I know that termite bloke Big Tits. He's a bit weird. And so is his friend Eric. In fact, all termites are weird - very highly-strung they are. They get really upset if you can't remember their names.

 

At 11:27 on 02  June  2007, Mogadishu of Dan stumped us by saying:

Well, that is extraordinary! How come we never knew this before?
